The Guest House is very peaceful and well equipped, and cn accomodate your animal.
The lodging is composed of:
 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with large bed (160x200) + 1 smal one with 2 beds (90x200) and 1 bedroom with large bed (140x190)
Living room/dining room: chimney, TV, DVD, Hi Fi
1 kitchen equipped: wash/dryer, dishwasher, oven with electric cooking plates, refrigerator/freezer, microwaves, multi-function robot, grid bread, coffee machine.

Guest rooms
In this very beautiful house from 19th century, deep in the vineyards and close to the most famous "châteaux" of Saint Emilion and Pomerol, we will welcome you in our bed and breakfast "chambres d'hôtes".
We tried our best to preserve a family spirit; children are kindlywelcome and dogs also under condition.
You will enjoy your stay with us as well as breakfast served on terrace (when the weather is fine), a nice heated swimming-pool with deckchairs,wine cellars and sights visits.
Dinner is available on booking:
- served on terrace with the swimming-pool during high season
- served in dining room with chimney during low season.
Rooms:
The two bedrooms ("yellow" and "blue") are large and very confortable, equipped with king size beds and individual bathrooms and toilets, including ADSL Internet access.

Don't miss the Saint-Denis de Pile Music Festival now in its tenth year wich takes place in the begenning of June.
The region also organizes the Saint Fort Fair on May. This is a large commercial fair offering a regional market wiht local wines, different plants and street animation.
Guided visits of chateaux, oenologie and tasting lessons with vinotaste either in your home in their facility, just ask us.

The guest house is located in the heart of the "Guîtres region", with wonderful nature and only a few kilometres away form the most beautiful Bordelais vineyards.
Particulary important is the medieval city of Saint-Emilion, which forms part of the Unesco classification.

How to get there
You arrive from the motorway A 10 exit n° 10 LIBOURNE SAINT ANDRE DE CUBZAC
Follow the direction Libourne then take direction Lugon at the left and Galgon. After Galgon take the right turn for Savignac.
At the halt stop go left towards Saint denis de pile on D910.
Before arriving in Saint denis de pile take the first right towards Lalande de pommerol at the Peugeot garage its Coudreau road.
Go over two bridges at the end of the second bridge taked the first left marked LA LUZERNIERE .
Pass the sign Martin Masson . at the la Luzernier staple go right and la Luzerniere is the first house.
You are arrived.
TRAIN S.N.C.F. : From paris three hours by T.G.V.Libourne station is 10 kilometres from destination.
